Services

Latitude Pilates, located on the far west side of Madison WI, is a boutique studio that offers instruction in Pilates mat and on state-of-the-art Pilates equipment such as the reformer tower, Wunda chair, trapeze table, CoreAlign, and spine corrector. TRX Suspension Training for Pilates is also offered.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and will be designed to meet your body’s individual needs. You’ll dive deeper into your Pilates practice and leave feeling and breathing better and in better alignment.

Private Sessions

Each session will give you personalized attention and the Pilates technique will be used to meet your needs. Through specific exercises you’ll learn how to move better, work on specific body areas and improve alignment. If you’ve already tried Pilates, private instruction can take your practice to the next level. It is also helpful if you are recovering from an injury or have a specific goal in mind.

Duet Sessions

In this session you can work with another client in a semi-private session. I can match you with someone who is looking to achieve similar outcomes or you can sign up with someone you know.

CoreAlign

The CoreAlign exercises promote improved posture, balance, and efficiency of movement. The CoreAlign is an excellent compliment to traditional Pilates equipment, with the majority of the exercises performed in an upright/standing position.

Small Group Mat Sessions

Dynamic floor-based exercises designed to tone and shape the entire body. Ultra-Fit circles, stability balls, and foam rollers are used to sculpt problem areas and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. If you’d like to start a group session, contact me.

TRX Suspension Training

Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Combined with the principals of Pilates, it offers you a total body workout that increases core strength and improves breathing, circulation and balance.
